Toegankelijk en comfortabel op vlak water, maar met duidelijk meer performance en progressiviteit in de golven. Je haalt er hoge snelheden mee, terwijl hij net zo goed presteert als een puur waveboard.

Shape en gedrag

De shape combineert een straight rocker tot het midden met een double concave, voor snelheid en grip. De korte wave-outline met wingers in de tail en een puntige neus maakt het board wendbaar en speels in de golf. Je vaart hem als single fin voor een vrij, surf-achtig gevoel of als thruster voor meer grip en controle.

Constructie: LTE

De LTE is RRD's houttechnologie die kracht en lichtheid combineert. Specifieke verstevigingen worden efficient onder het houtlaminaat geplaatst om de meest belaste delen te versterken, terwijl minder belaste zones lichter blijven. Zowel het dek als de bodem zijn gelamineerd met 0,6 mm houtfineer en biaxiale glasvezels, met een stevige PVC-versterkte bodem. De Freestyle Wave is ook verkrijgbaar in de LTD (carbon innegra) en Black Ribbon uitvoering.

Vinnen

Elke maat heeft drie vinboxen voor de perfecte trim. De 78, 84, 90 en 96 liter komen met een K4 for RRD 3SW als center en SHARK II als sides, de grotere 104 en 114 liter komen met een K4 for RRD 3SW.
